PVC pressure reducer

PVC reducers: step from one diameter to another without headaches

The PVC pressure reducer has a very specific role: to bridge two pipes of different diameters. Whenever a line changes size, narrowing towards an appliance or widening towards a pump, it is the reducer that ensures a watertight transition. Our Piscine-SAV experts help you find the right inlet and outlet combination, with no bad surprises at assembly.

Our range of PVC reducers

  • Symmetric glue reducer: it links two diameters by socketing directly into the pipes.
  • Reducing bush: it slips into an existing fitting to shrink its outlet.
  • Female-male reducer: one side receives the pipe, the other enters a fitting.
  • Short or long reducer: depending on the available space and the gap between the two diameters.

Choosing the right PVC reducer

  • Always note both diameters: the inlet and the outlet.
  • Check the direction of the reduction (from large to small) against the flow.
  • Make sure the socket type matches your pipes and fittings.

The Piscine-SAV technical tip: a reducer always reads as two figures, for example 50 to 40. Check those two diameters; if in doubt, send us the reference and we will confirm the right reducer for you.

Order your PVC reducers with confidence: expert advice, secure payment and delivery throughout Europe. The right reducer guarantees a perfectly controlled change of diameter.
