Piscine-SAV, your pool spare parts specialist
Piscine-SAV is an online shop operated by the company MV, based in Marciac, in the Gers region of south-west France. From our premises, we ship pool spare parts and accessories across Europe every day. Our job: to help you quickly find the right part, at the right price, to look after your pool with no unpleasant surprises.
Who are we?
Behind Piscine-SAV is a French team passionate about pool equipment. We are not a mere marketplace: we select every item ourselves, we know our products and we manage our own stock and shipping. This hands-on approach lets us give you precise answers, including on technical compatibility questions.
What you'll find on our site
Our catalogue is entirely dedicated to swimming pools and their filtration: pumps, sand filters, multiport valves, skimmers and built-in fittings, return inlets, connectors and boxes, water-treatment products and safety equipment — along with a wide range of replacement parts to change a worn component without buying the whole unit again.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas territories and throughout the European Union — international customers actually account for a large share of our orders. Your parcels are sent via trusted carriers (Colissimo, DPD, Mondial Relay, InPost), to a pickup point, a locker or your home, with tracking at every step.
Our service
Our priority is to spare you the wrong-part mistake. If you have any doubt about a reference or a compatibility, write to us or call us: we check for you before you order. You benefit from 100% secure payment (bank card, PayPal), fast shipping and a 14-day right of return.
The Piscine-SAV tip: not sure which part you need? Send us its reference or a photo and our team will check it for you before you buy.
