Introduction to the SP1022CE Winterization Plug
During winterization, the water level is often lowered below the discharge nozzles, and the pipes are drained. The winterization plug screws into the nozzle after removing its cap: it seals the pipe and prevents water from flowing back in.
The SP1022CE model is the long version: 33 mm thread, with an O-ring included.
