Microdos 1/2" Injection Valve for pH or Redox Dosing Pumps
This Microdos (Fluidra Group) injection valve, part number 11.100.450, is designed to be installed on the injection line of your pH or Redox dosing pump.
It screws onto a 1/2" threaded fitting and accommodates a 4x6 mm tube. It comes with a gasket.
It replaces the previous Microdos part number 11.100.088.
It is compatible with Microdos ME-MP, MICRO UP, MICRO UP 2.0, Fusion, and VEGA dosing pumps, as well as the FREE PH controller. The complete list is included in the description.

Description
A Microdos-brand injection valve
The injection valve is the component through which the metering pump delivers the treatment chemical (pH adjuster or liquid chlorine) into the pool’s plumbing system.
This model, part number 11.100.450, is a genuine Microdos part (Fluidra Group). It replaces the previous part number 11.100.088.
Fits a 1/2" threaded fitting
The valve screws onto a 1/2" threaded fitting, such as a support clamp mounted on the PVC pipe.
It accommodates a 4x6 mm tube (4 mm inner diameter, 6 mm outer diameter). It comes with a gasket.

Screw the valve in by hand, without using pliers: over-tightening can crack the plastic or damage the threads.
Rinse the valve regularly with clean water. This prevents crystals of liquid chlorine or acid neutralizer from clogging the seal.

Where is the injection valve fitted?
It screws onto a 1/2" threaded fitting, for example onto a saddle clamp fitted on the PVC pipe. The 4x6 mm tubing of the dosing pump is then connected to the valve.
How should I maintain the injection valve?
