Which devices is this peristaltic tube compatible with?

This tube fits dosing pumps with a Microdos MP1 peristaltic head: Astral Micro pH / Micro Rx, Stérilor and Corelec RAKEMI / Akeron Regul Micro pH controllers (flow rate 1.8 l/h).

What is the equivalent original part number?

Microdos part number RR.005.001. For Corelec / Akeron, the original part is the “1.8 l/h peristaltic pump tube – Digi pH / Micro pH”, part number ART0018.

What are the tube dimensions?

Santoprene tube 4 x 7 mm (Ø 7 mm), length 155 mm, supplied with its two fittings for 4 x 6 mm injection hose.

How often should the peristaltic tube be replaced?

It is a wear part: it is usually replaced every 1 to 2 years, depending on use. Avoid hydrochloric acid as pH minus: manufacturers advise against it because it wears the tube prematurely.

How do I replace the tube?

Switch off the controller, remove the transparent cover of the pump head, release the old tube by turning the roller holder, then fit the new one and put the cover back. Lightly grease the new tube with silicone grease to extend its life. Wear gloves and safety glasses: the tube contains pH product.

How can I be sure it is the right tube for my pump?

Send us a photo of your pump head with the cover open, plus the brand and model of your controller: we will confirm compatibility before you order.
