Description

The original formula of our HIPS "Hybrid Inorganic Polymer System HM" ® hybrid polymer adhesive has been around for over 20 years.

A large number of industrialists in a wide range of activities, contractors, craftsmen and pool and sprinkler professionals have adopted CC2000 Pro HM for many years, to their great satisfaction.

CC2000 Pro HM combines in a single formula the synthesis of several products (silicone sealants, polyurethane, etc.) with all their advantages and none of their drawbacks.

It adheres without primer to a wide range of materials, with a real peel strength of over 45 kg per cm2 and an elasticity of over 500%. DIN standards. (beware of fanciful figures from some manufacturers)

CC2000 Pro HM withstands temperatures of over 120°C and -40°C. During development, it is subjected to highly destructive tests.

Within 24 hours, an aging chamber exposes it to xenon rays (3/4 times more destructive than UV).

An environment with almost 100% humidity, salty air, high heat, etc. 1 1/2 months of this treatment is equivalent to 1 year's exposure in the open air.

It is then subjected to: 24h at 80°C and 24h at -40°C over a long period.

All adhesive sealants are resistant for the first 2/3 years, after which most of them begin to degrade.
