8-inch sand filter cover with flange, gasket, bolts, and screw covers - Astralpool 4404300601 - Vesubio, Neptune, Jupiter
Complete cover for Astralpool sand filter with 8-inch opening
The genuine Astralpool kit to securely seal your sand filter.
This genuine Astralpool replacement part kit, part number 4404300601, includes everything needed to seal the top of the filter: the cover, the clamping flange, the gasket, the bolts, and the screw caps.
It is designed for Astralpool sand filters with an 8-inch top opening: Vesubio AM, Neptune Side, Jupiter Side, Deep Bed, and Jaune.
A cracked lid, a crushed gasket, or a warped clamp can cause leaks at the top of the filter and a loss of pressure: replacing the entire assembly will restore the filter to working order.
All compatibility information is provided: please check it before ordering. If you order the wrong part, you’re responsible for return shipping costs, and a part that has already been installed cannot be returned.
Tip from the team: Note the model name on your filter’s label before ordering, and tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern, gradually, so that the gasket makes even contact all the way around.

When to Replace the Filter Cover
Water leaking from the top of the filter, a cracked or sun-bleached cover, a hardened or crushed gasket, or a warped flange: these are signs that it’s time to replace the entire unit.
Turn off the filtration system and close the valves before performing any work, then bleed the air from the filter when restarting it.
