The EMEC NPED4 analysis chamber is the measuring unit for your automatic water treatment system.
Installed in a bypass on the filtration circuit, it continuously circulates a water sample in contact with the sensors.
It houses two sensors (12 mm diameter electrodes), typically pH and Redox, to enable the control panel to precisely control the dosing pumps.
Its flow sensor stops dosing as soon as water flow becomes insufficient, ensuring that no product is ever injected when the system is running dry.
Tip from the team: Check the diameter of your electrodes (Ø 12 mm) and your hose connection (6x8) before ordering: this chamber is used with the latest generation of EMEC control units.
Description
How does the analysis chamber work?
Connected as a bypass to the filtration system, the NPED4 chamber draws a constant flow of water.
The probes immersed in the bowl continuously measure water parameters and transmit the information to the EMEC controller, which then controls the dosing pumps for pH and disinfectant.
