Tips for perfect sealing

To ensure perfect sealing of your hydraulic circuits, we recommend that you carefully follow these installation steps: .

Sand the parts to be joined (inside female and outside male)with fine abrasive paper. .
Chamfer the male end of the tube to facilitate insertion and avoid "pushing" the glue to the bottom of the fitting. .
Clean sanded surfaces witha cloth soaked in INTERFIX stripper to remove residues. .
Apply glue to the entrance of the female part and the entire male part, using the built-in brush .
Fit immediately without twisting, then carefully wipe off excess glue with a clean cloth. .

Drying time before re-watering

To ensure complete polymerization of the PVC, please observe the following times: .

Non-pressurized drainage system (Ø less than or equal to 160 mm): 1 hour.
Pressurized water system (90 mm or less than Ø 160 mm or less): 24 Hours. .
Non-pressurized water system (Ø 90 mm or less): 1 Hour.
